Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AMFreelance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security features

4. Payments & Fees

AMFreelance charges a service fee on all transactions. Freelancers receive 80% of the order amount, with 20% retained as a service fee. Payments are processed securely and held in escrow until project completion and client approval.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for delivered work transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed upon. Freelancers retain the right to showcase work in their portfolio unless restricted by the project terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between clients and freelancers, AMFreelance will act as a mediator. Both parties agree to cooperate with the resolution process in good faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMFreelance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
