Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using AMFreelance (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your location. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Marketplace Role

AMFreelance provides tools for clients and freelancers to discover services, publish project briefs, communicate, and manage supported orders. Freelancers are independent service providers, not employees or agents of AMFreelance. Users are responsible for reviewing scope, timing, price, and suitability before entering an order.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Listings, Orders, and Delivery

Service listings and project briefs must describe the intended work honestly. The order page controls the package, price, delivery target, revisions, and payment method shown for that order. Custom requirements should be agreed in writing through the Service before work begins.

5. Payments and Fees

Available payment methods and any platform or checkout fees are shown during the supported checkout flow. Payment may be handled by an external provider or by the manual instructions displayed for the order. AMFreelance does not claim that every payment is held in escrow; any protection or holding arrangement applies only when it is expressly shown for the selected payment method.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on order status, delivered work, the selected payment method, and applicable law. Users should contact support with the order reference and relevant evidence. AMFreelance may facilitate communication but does not guarantee a particular outcome.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Send malware, spam, or deceptive payment requests
• Use another person's personal data without a lawful basis

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights in content they upload and grant AMFreelance the limited permission needed to host and display it through the Service. Ownership of delivered work is determined by the order terms and any separate written agreement between client and freelancer. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use.

9. Moderation and Account Action

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, users may contact support to request a review.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific freelancer results, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMFreelance is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

11. Privacy and Changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
